Pilates Mat Class

Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. These movements are performed seated or while lying down on your back, side or front. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and efficient sequencing of movement.

This 90 minute one-on-one session includes a centering process for body and mind awareness, supported yoga postures and movements, and dialogue techniques that follow the clients lead.
